If you are looking to scan products we are able to upload your product file directly into the system with no restrictions on the number of products. If your products contain barcodes then our EPOS Software solutions are second to none. Customised screens designed specifically for retail shops means that High Street names such as Boots, Lindt, Maybelline New York, GHD, and Nintendo are regular customers.

How many products can I have programmed into an EPOS Till?
Our EPOS Tills are not limited to how many products you can have programmed.
Is all of your equipment PAT Tested?
Yes, all of our tills and peripherals are all PAT Tested. We can provide evidence of this upon request
Can I have my logo printed on the receipt?
This is possible, but will need to be requested before the Till is despatched as it can not be done on site. All you need to do is send us over the logo you would like on the receipt and we will do everything else that needs to be done! The logo will always be monochrome.
Can we arrange to have a system demo?
Yes, we can either arrange an online demo or you are more than welcome to come and visit us at our offices in Crayford, Kent. Just give call us and request a demo and we will arrange a suitable time and date.
How many sockets are required for each EPOS System?
Each EPOS System will require 2 x mains sockets. One for the touchscreen and one for the printer.
How many clerks can we have programmed into the till?
We are able to programme as many clerks as you require into the EPOS System. However, only 16 Clerks will show on the screen. You will need to use the arrows to scroll through each screen to access more clerks.
What is the weight of the till?
Our EPOS Hire terminals weigh 17kg. This includes the cash drawer and Printer. The till will arrive in one of our boxes with extra till rolls and all relevant documents. This will weigh 20kg.
What are the dimensions of the EPOS System?
Cash Drawer – 410mm(W) X 410mm(L) X 100mm(H)

Receipt Printer – 135mm(W) X 210mm(L) X 150mm(H)
Can we add new products or edit products whilst in service?
Yes, you can edit and make changes to existing products whilst in service. We can email you instructions of how to do this. The system is user-friendly and very easy to use so you should not have any problems.
Does the EPOS System have a customer display?
As standard, our EPOS Systems do not have a customer display. We have a limited amount of stock that do include them. Please request this at the time of placing your order.
